Just send us back all items shipped to you and we’ll refund you. If after you use the product, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do within 30 days:

Contact the Synergy Science team by calling 800-337-7017 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We will gladly provide you with our return address, so as not to waste any materials, and a return confirmation number. This is an easy and effortless process.

Return the product in the same packaging you received it in, the invoice received, and the confirmation number you have been assigned or RMA number you have received from us.

It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes. Note: We must receive the product within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

All Products: We will refund your order, as long as all items of the product are returned with no damage or wear and tear on the product.
